Mix and Mingle Magic

The real power of magic at an event is that it brings people together. A skilled magician doesn’t just perform tricks, they energise a room and get guests to interact with others. We refer to this as mix and mingle magic. It is great for weddings and open evenings where not everybody knows each other. Here the magician will chat to guests whilst performing tricks drawing new people into groups and introducing them to everyone. This is a great way to start an event so everybody feels welcome and takes the pressure off the host.

Close-up Magic

This type of magic usually for dinners or seated events where the magic is there to wow guests at their table. Typically people in this situation generally know each other for instance staff parties or fundraisers. This can be stand alone entertainment or sometimes used as part of a larger offering. Close-up magic is great where it would be more difficult for other acts to perform such as a private dining experience.

Children’s, Parlour and Stage Magic

These are seated shows with music. Parlour magic is a smaller more intimate kind of show up to 50 people. These are great for garden parties, village halls, children’s entertainment, lounges and small function rooms. Stage magic can be for very large numbers of people from outdoor galas to indoor theatres.
